Hello everyone - you know the early days of production on The Lord of the Rings produced a steady flow of spectacular news items but now, less than a year from the release of the third and final episode, the news seems to have all dried up - there is nothing else left to report except the box office figures, right?
WRONG!

Hi, Jimcalagon, I was lucky enough to be present for the filming of one of the climatic scenes in Peter Jackson's version of The Return Of The King which actually happened a few years back. Anyway, it was a great scene, the battle outside the gates of Mordor and I managed to take one photograph without being spotted by the security team. I think that you might find it very interesting as it contains a massive spoiler - the moment when Sauron comes out to engage in single combat with King Aragorn!
